Calendar is a private family calendar. Only people who have been invited can sign in. This page explains what it stores and why.
What is stored
- Your account: your email address and, if you use “Continue with Google”, the name and email that Google shares. Nothing else from your Google account is requested or stored.
- Calendar content: the events, people and settings that members add, and events imported from calendar feeds or results services that the calendar's admin has chosen to follow.
- On your device: your sign-in and a copy of the calendar, so it opens quickly and works offline.
How it is used
Only to run the calendar: to sign you in, and to show and sync the calendar for its members. Nothing is sold, used for advertising or shared with anyone outside the calendar, apart from the services below that run it.
Services that run the calendar
- Supabase: sign-in and the database.
- Cloudflare: hosting of the website.
- Brevo: sending sign-in and invitation emails.
- Google: sign-in, only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
- Anthropic (Claude): when a member uses “Fill in from a web page”, the link, text or screenshot they provide is sent to Claude to read the event details.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time. To have your account or your data removed, contact the calendar's admin at calendar@halfwaystreet.com.
